In The Kitchen with Robyn


Ok. So I bought containers for meal prepping about 3-4 months ago. Out of the blue...I picked up a rotisserie chicken from Walmart, some ground turkey, a few sweet potatoes, butter lettuce, grapes, extra sharp cheese, and seasoning I could put on my frozen veggies I already had at home that wasn’t loaded with salt. Here I am with 10 prepped meals for lunch and dinner for the week. I made 2 different turkey burgers. 3 have kosher salt, cracked black pepper, and the garlic herb black pepper with sea salt seasoning with a lil’ EVOO so they won’t be dry. The other 3 patties have kosher salt, cracked black pepper, and a lil bbq sauce from a local rib joint. They will have the butter lettuce as bread with sweet potato. The other 4 meals are steamed broccoli, brown rice, and the breasts of the rotisserie. Let’s see how this goes. Like I said, it was out for f the Blue. This was not on my radar. 😂
